  • Floating: Rarely floats
  • Weekend & Holiday: As needed
  • On-Call: One call shift per week
  • Orientation: Starts Mondays; credentials due by Wednesday prior to start
  • Pay Rate: Hourly pay discussed upon application

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
  • Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Document care and maintain detailed patient records
  • Follow facility protocols and safety procedures
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What You Need
Required:
  • KS or compact RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
  • Minimum 3 years ER nursing experience
  • Strong assessment and communication skills

Preferred:
  • 5+ years ER experience
  • Large facility background
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
