Lead Registered NurseFull-Time | $45-$48 per hourSchedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PMLocation: Atlanta, GA 30328Join Southern Pain and SpineSouthern Pain and Spine is a respected interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout North Georgia and Metro Atlanta. Our board-certified providers specialize in personalized treatment plans and minimally invasive procedures that help patients reduce pain, regain function, and improve their overall quality of life. Through compassionate, patient-centered care and multiple convenient locations, we are committed to helping patients achieve lasting relief.Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Lead Registered Nurse to help lead daily clinical operations while providing direct patient care throughout the surgical experience. This role works closely with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to promote efficient workflows, maintain high clinical standards, and support outstanding patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. 
  • Assist with daily staffing coordination and clinical workflow management. 
  • Function as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and support staff. 
  • Promote compliance with established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures. 
  • Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory initiatives. 
  • Supervise support personnel and monitor adherence to facility standards. 
  • Complete patient assessments, evaluate treatment responses, document clinical findings, and communicate patient status changes to the healthcare team. 
  • Provide nursing care and support during pre-operative, procedural, and recovery phases. 
  • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuing education activities. 
  • Maintain ethical standards and evidence-based nursing practices. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. 
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. 
  • Current BLS certification required. 
  • Current ACLS certification required. 
  • Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or Pain Management experience preferred. 
  • Experience using Athena EHR preferred. 
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 
  • CPAN certification preferred. 
  • Excellent clinical assessment, organizational, and communication abilities. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software applications.
