Experience: 1+ year of healthcare experience, urgent care preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $25 - $35/hr, based on experience

What Youll Do:
Perform patient triage and clinical assessments
Administer medications and support minor procedures
Conduct wound care and IV starts (if licensed to do so)
Assist providers with point-of-care testing and procedures
Educate patients and maintain accurate medical documentation
Support the team in delivering high-quality urgent care services
Maintain compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
Current Kansas RN or LPN license; or valid compact license
Minimum of 1 year of clinical healthcare experience
Basic life support certification (BLS); PALS and ACLS preferred but required upon hire
Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
