Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Velva, ND 58790. This is a 13 Week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Velva, ND 587890
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Variable Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 36–48 Hours per Week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
  • Assess residents' health status and report any significant changes to the physician or healthcare team.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
  • Supervise and delegate nursing care to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and resident progress.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection prevention protocols, and state and federal regulations.
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety, dignity, and quality of life.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work variable day shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Additional Information:
  • 13-week contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Variable Day Shift | 12-hour shifts.
  • Guaranteed 36–48 hours per week.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.
  • Long Term Care facility dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.
