Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Beulah, ND
Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | Variable Night Schedule | 8-Hour and/or 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed
Pay Rate: $40/hr - $45.50/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care for an exciting Contract opportunity in Beulah, ND.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Respond to resident and family concerns.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Supervise and support nursing support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Strong assessment and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Current BLS Certification (Preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
