What You'll Do:
Provide and oversee quality resident care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and state/federal regulations
Assist with departmental planning and operations

Requirements
