Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850 .This is 16 Weeks assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title : Registered Nurse LTC
Location: : Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (2.45PM - 10.15PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety
  • Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR, MAR, TAR, progress notes)
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in NY.
  • 1-2 years of LTC / Rehab / Med surg /hospital experience acceptable.
  • BLS from AHA
  • Covid Card
