Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the ambulatory surgery center
  • Lead and support OR nursing staff and clinical workflows
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Partner with physicians and leadership on operational efficiency
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance development

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (NY)
  • BSN required (MSN preferred)
  • Prior OR / perioperative experience required
  • Leadership experience (Charge RN, Assistant Manager, or Manager level)
  • Strong understanding of outpatient surgical flow and operations
