How you'll make an impact in this role:

Manage catheterization lab services activities, workflow and nursing resources.

  • Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services in a unit. Develops and
    implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in a
    unit.
  • Ensures departmental compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Monitor and adhere to budgets. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
    Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
    transfer date required.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience AND 1 year of cumulative
    leadership experience required.
