What You Will Do:Regulatory Excellence: Ensure absolute compliance with all health-care accreditation, regulatory, and safety requirements across the unit.
Talent Life-cycle Management: Lead the recruitment, training, professional development, and performance evaluation of departmental staff.
Clinical Problem-Solving: Pro-actively identify and resolve systemic barriers to optimize the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Policy Architecture: Design and implement clinical policies and procedures that maximize efficiency and care effectiveness.
Fiscal Stewardship: Manage unit budgets and oversee expenditures to drive fiscal responsibility and resource alignment.
