Job Summary and QualificationsThe LPDS Market A-fib/Watchmen Coordinator will handle planning, developing, and implementing A-fib/Watchmen (LAAO) program operations to include NCDR and all Cardiovascular registries. The A-fib/Watchmen (LAAO) Coordinator coordinates patient care between patients, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team. This position handles collecting and evaluating information to facilitate care and assuring evidence-based practice, education, and efficient utilization. A-fib/Watchmen (LAAO) Coordinator assures the continuity of A-fib/Watchmen (LAAO) evaluation and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) care. Responsible for the overall coordination of all CVS patients to improve outcomes for the A-fib/Watchmen (LAAO) patient population and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies. What qualifications you will need:REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS Basic (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Registered Nurse REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Minimum of Diploma in Nursing required Minimum 3 years of Critical Care experience required PREFERRED EDUCATION, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field EP/Cath or ED/ICU experience preferred BenefitsDel Sol Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
