Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse in Banning, CA.
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Location: Banning, CA 92220 Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Payrate: $60-$62/hour
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
Assess patients physical and psychological needs.
Educate patients and their representatives on care and treatment.
Collaborate with physicians, ancillary services, and care team members.
Maintain professional nursing practice standards.
Recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and patient safety risks.
Administer appropriate treatments and medications.
Qualifications:
Current California RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
At least 2 years of experience
