    Description

    The Staff Pad is partnering with a Russellville Hospital in Russellville, AL to hire a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg.

    In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment, making a meaningful impact every day while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient outcomes.

    Schedule: Full-Time | PRN | Days | Nights

    What You’ll Do

    As a Med Surg RN, you will:

    • Deliver direct, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care
    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
    • Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
    • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
    • Develop, implement and update individualized care plans
    • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and positive outcomes
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
    • Uphold hospital safety, quality, and infection control, policies and standards

    What We’re Looking For

    • Active RN license in the state of Alabama
    • Minimum of 3 months of nursing experience (Acute care experience preferred)
    • Strong critical-thinking skills and clinical judgment
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic hospital setting
