The Staff Pad is partnering with a Russellville Hospital in Russellville, AL to hire a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

As a Med Surg RN, you will:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Deliver direct, safe, compassionate, and evidence -based patient care<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop, implement and update individualized care plans<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and positive outcomes<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Uphold hospital safety, quality, and infection control, policies and standards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Active RN license in the state of Alabama<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 3 months of nursing experience (Acute care experience preferred)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong critical -thinking skills and clinical judgment<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic hospital setting<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
