Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85395
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Payrate: $64-$67/hour
Responsibilities:- Assess patients physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop nursing diagnoses based on patient assessments and clinical data.
- Establish patient-specific care goals and involve patients/families in care planning.
- Create and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Implement nursing and physician orders while monitoring patient status.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the hospital.
Qualifications:- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 2 years of clinical experience
