Unit Description: Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to grow your skills in a supportive, community-centered hospital? Our busy Medical/Surgical Unit at Porter Medical Center is welcoming night shift RNs who are passionate about exceptional patient care and eager to expand their clinical experience.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current RN or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
BLS required; ACLS required for specific departments
At least 1 year of hospital RN experience
About the Position
This is a night shift Registered Nurse role on our vibrant Med/Surg Unit, perfect for nurses who thrive in a dynamic hospital setting and want to broaden their expertise while making a meaningful impact in our community.
On-call: Not required.
Incentives: Generous Incentives
$10,000 sign on bonus for full time external applicants, prorated for part time roles. Additional terms and conditions apply.
$5/hour Night Shift Differential
$2/hour Weekend Differential
$6,000 Relocation Bonus for relocating RNs
