Position Summary
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on plans of care
Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to support staff
Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development

Requirements
Active RegisteredNurse (RN) license
BLS certification
Minimum6 months RN acute care experience
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Shift: Shift 1 (Days)
Hours:6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
