Registered Nurse Med Surg Neuro

Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Med Surg Neuro to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with medical-surgical and neurological conditions. In this full-time, on-site role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans; administer medications and treatments; and perform thorough neuro and physical assessments.
