The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier
healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to hire a compassionate, skilled and
dependable Registered Nurse (RN) committed to delivering excellent patient care
and supporting a strong team culture, for the Surgical Unit.
As an RN you will plan, coordinate, and evaluate
individualized patient care while collaborating with physicians and care teams
to ensure safe, high-quality treatment.
Shift Options: Part-Time | PRN | Nights
What You’ll Do
- Deliver quality patient care and
assess patient needs
- Monitor conditions and respond to
changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
and communicate critical updates
- Develop, implement and evaluate
individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate patient
documentation
- Promote a safe and organized care
environment
- Support and mentor nursing staff as
needed including LPNs, CNAs, and new nursing staff
- Maintain licensure, professional
standards and required certifications
- Perform Patient Care Technician and
Unit Coordinator functions as needed
- Perform additional unit support
duties as required
- Follow hospital policies, safety
standards, and service excellence practices
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited School of
Nursing (Diploma, ASN, or BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the State of Georgia
- Current CPR certification; ACLS and
PALS preferred
- At least 1 year of acute care
experience preferred
