How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Policy Compliance: Deliver direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.

• Care Implementation: Execute and monitor patient care plans while documenting and communicating status changes to the team.

• Care Coordination: Act as the primary liaison across clinical disciplines to ensure integrated and seamless patient care.

• Order Execution: Accurately transcribe and carry out all physician and nursing orders to facilitate treatment.

• Discharge Planning: Assess and coordinate post-care requirements with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient transitions.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
