Short Summary: The RN - Telemetry/Med Surgery professional employs facility policy and standards alongside professional philosophies to provide competent nursing care for patients. The role also assumes the duty of providing professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Practice in this role is founded on the principles of patient-centered care.
