Duration: OFFERING UP TO 26 WEEKS
Shift: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30// WILL ACCEPT 36 OR 48 HOUR WEEKS

Locals within 50 miles accepted at a rate differential


Travel Experience Required
Information Regarding Observation Unit:
10 Bed ER Overflow
Ratio days typically runs 1:4-5, if RN/LPN team they can go up to 1:7
Focus of constant reassessment of readiness of patient for discharge. This unit will be rapidly admitting and discharging patients.

HOLIDAY RTO: No holiday requests, dates may be discussed with manager to determine if the unit is able to accommodate.

Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units
Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend.

Information Regarding the Other Med Surg Units:

We all see a good mix of medical patients.
Variety of staff work on this unit and other Med/Surg units (i.e RNs, LPNs, Techs, etc).

Other Requirements: Must be willing to work with variety of staff (i.e., RN, LPN, Techs etc.)
Cannot guarantee/approve block scheduling at this time

Michigan RN License
BLS (AHA)
Minimum 1 year Required.

Floating depends on need- typically float to other units once per week roughly

There is no guarantee that holiday time off requests will be accepted as holidays are usually required.
