Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical for our client in Lubbock, TX 79410. This is a 13 week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Lubbock, TX 79410
Duration: 13 week
Work Schedule:Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)


Will position float between units: Yes
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes 6 weekend shifts in 6 week period
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:5
Special requirements: Epic Hardstop
Are 48 hours approved: Yes

Department Uniform/Dress:
a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire.
b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
