Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Length: Per Diem – Flexible
• Shift: 12-hour shifts – Day (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) OR Night (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) – 30-minute break
• Expected Hours: Flexible – choose your own days to work (Weekdays & Weekends Available)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Required Documents for Shift Assignment- Criminal Background Check Copy
• Drug Test – 10 Panel
• Flu Vaccination Record
• Hepatitis B Vaccine
• RN License Copy
• Professional References (2)
• Government-issued photo identification – Driver License
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• TB Baseline Risk Screening
• TB Test (PPD / Tuberculosis)
• Tdap Vaccine (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
• Job Requirements -Active RN license to practice in Georgia required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Med/Surg experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a per diem capacity
• All required documents must be submitted prior to shift assignment
• Locals are accepted – no radius restriction
