Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rockford, Illinois Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: Days (12-hour shifts, 30-min meal break) Type: Contract / Travel Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse- Medical / Surgical (RN MS) for a 13-week contract in Rockford, Illinois. Responsible for providing patient-centred care in a medical-surgical ward. This includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses Responsibilities:
Assess and continuously monitor patient health status—including physical, emotional, psychological and developmental needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, and update them as patient condition changes.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
Requirements: Active RN license (State of IL License). BLS certification (current). Minimum 2 year of recent Registered Nurse- Medical / Surgical experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
