Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical for an adult Medical/Surgical unit.
Submission Requirements
- Travel experience is required
- Minimum 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience
- Up-to-date resume documenting 2+ years of MS experience and travel experience
- Skills checklist matching the specialty
- Valid driver's license with address matching demographic information
- Current AHA BLS
- Nursys license verification report showing:
- Active NY RN license
- All other active RN licenses
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at the time of submission

- Unit: Medical/Surgical (MS)
- Patient Population: Adults
- Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Floating: Required
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- EMR: EPIC
Common Patient Diagnoses
- Post-surgical care
- Abdominal pain
- Cholelithiasis
- Osteoarthritis
- Fractures
- Back pain
- Morbid obesity / bariatric surgery patients
Specialty Equipment
- IV pumps
- NG tubes
- Feeding tubes
