We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an adult Medical/Surgical unit.
Unit Details
- Unit: Medical/Surgical (MS)
- Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Floating: Required
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Demographics: Adults
- Block Scheduling: Never promised or guaranteed
Common Patient Diagnoses
- Post-surgical care
- Abdominal pain
- Cholelithiasis
- Osteoarthritis
- Fractures
- Back pain
- Morbid obesity / bariatric surgery
Specialty Equipment
- IV pumps
- NG tubes
- Feeding tubes
Submission Requirements
- Travel experience is required
- Up-to-date resume with 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience
- Resume must document travel nursing experience
- Skills checklist matching the specialty
- Driver’s license with address matching demographic information
- Current AHA BLS
- Nursys license verification report showing an active NY RN license and all other active RN licenses
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at the time of submission
Local Candidates
Locals are accepted. Local rate applies to candidates residing less than 75 miles from the facility.
