12 hr shift, 0700 to 1930

Every other weekend, rotating Holidays

WILL TAKE LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES; Local rate will apply: $ Job Description: Telemetry experience is required. Must have acute care experience. NO block scheduling. Charge Capability: Highly Preferred Floating Required: Yes Scrub Color: Any color Must work every other major holiday Submission Requirements: Up to date resume that includes 1- 2+ year(s) of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry experience. Willing to accept first time travelers. 2 recent MS/Tele Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor references. Skills Checklist matching specialty. Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics. Current AHA BLS is required. AHA ACLS is preferred. Flu vaccine required during season. NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE current or conditional Massachusetts RN license(past or present) pulled within the last 7 days RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation. EMR Exp Preferred: EPIC Unit Specifics: Common patient diagnosis: Alcohol abuse, COPD, DM, CHF, Sepsis, & Pneumonia. Must have experience administering: Antibiotics, anticoagulants, blood, lasix, amiodarone. Specialty equipment: Pyxis, Zebra scanners, bladder scanners, dopplers, general medical equipment. Orientation: Hospital orientation followed by two shifts on the unit with a preceptor.
