About the Role:
Sunset Neurological Group LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients navigating complex neurological conditions in a supportive, specialized clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and clinical assessments for neurological patients in an outpatient or clinical setting
Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions per physician orders
Monitor and document patient vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatment
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, medications, and care plans
Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Triage patient calls and concerns, providing clinical guidance and follow-up as needed
Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Prior experience in neurology, or a clinical specialty setting preferred
Strong knowledge of neurological conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, MS, and Parkinson's disease
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus
