Registered Nurse (RN) – Detox Facility (2 Open Positions)
Locations:
- Millbury, MA
- Toms River, NJ
Pay Rate: $45-$53/hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm Preferred After 13 or 26 Weeks)
Rotating Weekends Required
Phaxis is hiring 2 Registered Nurses (RNs) for detox facility contract openings in Millbury, MA and Toms River, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with experience in detox, behavioral health, psychiatric, rehabilitation, or substance abuse settings.
New graduates will be considered, but relevant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients and assess clinical signs/symptoms
- Administer medications as ordered
- Complete accurate patient documentation
- Perform CIWA and COWS assessments
- Collaborate with clinical providers and treatment teams
- Complete patient rounds and provide quality care
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of assignment (must be in good standing)
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to perform CIWA and COWS assessments
- Detox, psych, rehab, or substance abuse experience preferred
