RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal
Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

UNIT INFORMATION
Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model is utilized on this unit. For every patient there is 1 bedside RN, 1 Virtual RN, and 1 CNA.

Beside RN and CNA patient ratios are 1:6

The virtual nurse works remotely and assists patient with admission questions, discharge education, care plans, education, CIWA, following up with MD along with a plethora of other tasks that can be delegated to them.
