Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA or client BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted!
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
