Job Description: 18 bed Med Surg floor with telemetry capabilities. 1:5 Nurse to patient ratio for MS patients, 1:4 Nurse to patient ratio for tele patients. CNAs are used on the unit.

Shift: 3x12s, Days 0700-1930; 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule, floating as needed
