• Pay Rate: $64.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x12 Hours, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM; Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Job Summary

This is a travel contract opportunity for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele). The role is located at a hospital facility in Massena, NY and requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. First-time travelers are not accepted for this position. Local candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Education Requirements

• NY State RN License (required NY is not a Compact state)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW) coverage required
• Patient ratios: Days 1:6; Nights 1:7; Weekends 1:8
• Patient diagnoses include: COPD, Pneumonia, non-specific abdominal pain, cellulitis, chest pain rule-out
• Scrubs: Any nursing uniform color
• Local candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

This client is a healthcare organization operating an acute-care hospital facility in upstate New York, serving the Massena community and surrounding region.
