Registered Nurse/MS/Tele

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital system in Warrensville Heights, OH to hire experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurses (RN). We are hiring for both Day and Night Shift opportunities with competitive pay based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver a safe, positive patient experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients. 
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise individualized patient care plans. 
• Monitor, document, and communicate patients' conditions and responses to treatment. 
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately. 
• Carry out physician and nursing orders. 
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning and care needs. 
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery expectations. 
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers to deliver a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience. 

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required. 
• Current Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License in hand. 
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). 
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required. 
• Minimum one year of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience. 
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willingness to obtain within three years. 
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely. 
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. 
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. 
• Ability to work flexible hours and perform effectively in high-stress situations. 
• Ability to perform medium-duty work, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds occasionally. 
• Comfortable working in environments with exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids. 

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (3 x 12-hour shifts) 
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3 x 12-hour shifts) 
• Additional Night Shift opportunities available with 4 x 12-hour schedules based on department needs.
