    Job Description

    Saint Luke's Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic MSTICU.

    Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit

    Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Night

    Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist

    Intensivists and NP's work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at night

    Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts

    Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.

    Job Requirements

    Applicable Experience:

    Less than 1 year

    Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

    Associate Degree - Nursing
