Job Details

National healthcare leader seeking RN for either days, or nights, on an Intermediate Progressive Care Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with various medical conditions, including pulmonary care, nephrology care, lung illness, kidney illness, heart illness, and more.
• Monitor and manage ventilators, peritoneal dialysis, arrhythmias, cardiac drip, thoracic, neuroscience, and other medical equipment as required.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care activities in electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to develop and implement care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
