Position Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics within ninety (90) days of hire.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in NICU, maternal-child health, or acute care nursing preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary neonatal care team.
