Registered Nurse Neuro Spine Resource

Your future role at a glance:

• Schedule: Part Time Nights

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Serve as a cross-functional RN resource across OR, IR, PACU, and inpatient units at the Neuro Spine Center, ensuring seamless patient transitions throughout the care continuum.

• Support clinical teams with room setup and turnover, coordination of call teams, post-procedure recovery assistance, and hands-on support wherever needed.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, document and communicate patient status, and execute physician and nursing orders.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning to promote safe, efficient, and well-organized patient outcomes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
