QualificationsJob RequirementsExpected graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN programBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skillsAbility to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptionsAbility to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to othersRemain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful or crisis situationsDemonstrate knowledge of current computer systems, equipment or programs used in the organization, knowledge of Epic a plus!Demonstrate maturity and accountability
