Base salary starts around $79K+ annually depending on experience and qualifications.
Compensation is highly negotiable for the right candidate based on NICU experience, overall background, and fit.
Compensation is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
Additional compensation opportunities may include shift differentials, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities where applicable.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Active Washington RN license or eligibility.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
