Job Details

• Shift: 3x12H Nights, 19:00 - 07:30
• Floating: Required, including L&D and possibly between OCM and SMC
• Weekend Shifts: Scheduled as needed
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Level III or IV NICU
• No first-time travelers

• BLS
• NRP
• Advanced NRP

• Attend High Risk Deliveries
• NICU IV
• Neonates care (<24-28 weeks, 29-34 weeks, >34 weeks)
• Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management
• Blood glucose monitoring, Insulin administration
• Phototherapy, Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk
• Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage)
• Placement/Management of oral/nasogastric/Naso jejunal tubes
• Isolation Precautions, Sepsis Work Up
• Administration of Blood and Blood Products
• Arterial line management, Central line blood draw
• Starting and maintaining IVs, UAC, UVC
• Neonatal Dosage Calculations
• Antibiotics/Antivirals, Anti-Seizure Medications
• IV vasopressors, Assist with lumbar puncture
• Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, Seizure disorders
• APGAR scoring, Developmental Care
• Patient/family teaching, Phlebotomy, Thermoregulation
• Bubble CPAP, Endotracheal Tube Suctioning
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), High Frequency Ventilation
• Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Management of Chest Tubes
• Oscillators, Respiratory distress syndrome
• Tracheostomy Management, Vapotherm
• Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
