    Weekend REQ: Yes, 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday and/or Saturday night) AND 2 Sunday nights per 6-week schedule

    Skills REQ: Attend High Risk Deliveries, Level 1 Nursery, NICU II, NICU III, Neonates < 24-28 weeks, Neonates 29-34 weeks, Neonates > 34 weeks, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management, Invasive Hemodynamic monitoring, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Blood glucose monitoring, Hyperbilirubinemia, Phototherapy, Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk, Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), Placement/Management of oral/nasogastric/nasojejunal tubes, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Neonatal Sepsis, Sepsis Work Up, Administration of blood & blood products, Arterial line management, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Starting and maintaining IVs, UAC (Umbilical Artery Catheter), UVC (Umbilical Vein Catheter), Antibiotics/Antivirals, Anti-Seizure Medications, Neonatal Dosage Calculations, Steroids, Surfactants, Assist with lumbar puncture, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, APGAR scoring, Developmental Care, Patient/family teaching, Phlebotomy, Thermoregulation, Bubble CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Management of Chest Tubes, Meconium Aspiration, Oxygen Delivery Systems, Respiratory distress syndrome, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP), arterial and venous puncture blood gas collection
    Is on-call REQ? Yes, Two (2) 12hr call shifts per 6 week schedule
    Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Well baby nursery; attend deliveries on L&D. Regular floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed.
    Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No, home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility

    RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
    Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned
