Weekends: 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period, self-scheduling
Block Schedules: Required
Patient Ratios: 1:2-4
Special Requirements: 2 years NICU experience, preferably Level III or higher
Contract Length: Open to extensions beyond 13 weeks
48-hour Work Weeks: Not approved
