Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift (Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care)

Base Pay: Up to $45/hour

Differentials: Up to +$15/hour total ($10 core differential + additional night shift differential)

Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Shift: Night Shift (Overnights) + Baylor options available

Requirements

  • Active Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
  • 1+ year experience preferred (acute or long-term care)
  • New grads welcome with strong clinical training
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize overnight needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care during overnight hours
  • Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Supervise LPNs and CNAs on night shift
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Communicate effectively with day shift for continuity of care
  • Support geriatric, dementia, and rehabilitation services
