Job Summary

In this role, you will create and manage individualized plans of care, using strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to acting in the best interest of your patients. The ideal candidate brings current nursing knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality, heartfelt care.

Hours
Monday-Thursday 12 hr night shift 8pm-8am
Must work every other weekend or every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) night shift 8pm-8am. 


Location:
Savage MN, 55378 
Must be willing and able to drive to Scott County MN.

Responsibilities 
  • Work with both respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory patients in the 1:1 private home setting 
  • Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and documenting medical histories.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assisting with critical care tasks, including airway management and acute pain management.
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient conditions.
  • Educating patients and families on health management and medication administration.
Qualifications
  • Currently a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)/ LPN in Minnesota 
  • New Grads Welcome to Apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • BLS certification required
