Registered Nurse

Pro Re Nata LLC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team; full-time/part time. Pro Re Nata LLC, provides Geriatric care in Nursing homes in New York City providing top-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care

- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols

- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- Valid and current Registered Nurse license in New York

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Geriatrics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- BLS/CPR certification

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
