What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a hybrid ICU/PCU setting
• Manage patient ventilators, balloon pumps, and perform lab draws independently
• Conduct and interpret patient assessments and respond to emergencies promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Perform and lead code situations confidently
• Float across ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED units as needed
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with all protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Kansas RN license or Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
• At least 2 years recent ICU experience
• Proficiency with critical care equipment and procedures
• Capable of managing own consults, labs, and emergency codes

Preferred:

• Experience with open-heart cases and advanced critical care devices
• Flexibility to float across multiple units
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
