What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a hybrid ICU/PCU setting
- Manage patient ventilators, balloon pumps, and perform lab draws independently
- Conduct and interpret patient assessments and respond to emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Perform and lead code situations confidently
- Float across ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED units as needed
- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with all protocols
What You Need
Required:- Valid Kansas RN license or Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
- At least 2 years recent ICU experience
- Proficiency with critical care equipment and procedures
- Capable of managing own consults, labs, and emergency codes
Preferred:- Experience with open-heart cases and advanced critical care devices
- Flexibility to float across multiple units
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
