What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and inpatient units
• Manage complex interventions including CRRT, Bipaps, Chest Tubes, PICC lines
• Conduct and monitor lab draws, patient assessments, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to various units including Med/Surg, Med/Tele, Acute/Tele, and Emergency Department as needed
• Lead and participate in codes and emergency situations with confidence

What You Need:

• Valid Kansas RN license or Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• At least 2 years recent critical care/ICU experience
• Proficiency with ICU equipment, invasive procedures, and emergency protocols
• Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and adapt quickly
• Willingness to float across various inpatient units and work every other weekend
