- Licenses/Certs: KS RN or Compact RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHF
- Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ICU/Critical Care, proficient with CRRT, Bipaps, lab draws, Chest Tubes, PICC, no vascular access team, float to ICU and inpatient units, confident in conducting codes
- On-Call: None
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
- Holiday: Work on July 4th and other holidays as needed
- Orientation: 5 days at Olathe Campus with virtual Epic training

What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality critical care to adult patients in ICU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED units
- Manage complex care therapies including CRRT and Bipaps
- Draw labs and manage chest tubes and PICC lines
- Conduct and lead emergency codes confidently
- Float across various inpatient units as needed with prior experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
- Valid KS RN license or Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU/Critical Care experience
- Proficiency with invasive lines, vent management, and emergency procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
